Need a good place to start for goal setting We recommend you set goals for these seven meaningful areas of life: Spiritual Goals: Pick up a new devotional, start a daily journal, or plug in to a small group at your church. I know you're a go-getter, but start small, baby steps add up over time, and quite frankly, you're more likely to stick to something if it's easy for you to do. Once you've picked one area of focus, commit to one thing you're going to do for the next month to bump that score up. Don't beat yourself up about anything, because guess what? You have an opportunity to re-focus and make your next best move with the new information you have! Some of us avoid certain parts of our business because we are less confident or overwhelmed. I always will encourage you first to ask yourself why that might be? This is a perfect opportunity to notice the habits you have within your business. Is there one area that feels off-balance compared to the rest? Perhaps there's even a couple? Once you've rated each section, look at the wheel in its entirety. Ten meaning you're crushing it, and one meaning it needs some significant attention. There are eight different segments.Įssentially you are rating each of these sections on a scale of one to ten. The best part about using the wheel is how simple the exercise is.
